Ingredients
- Yaki nori
- Oil
- Green prawns and sliced pork
- LKK gluten free soy
- Shitake mushrooms
- Ginger, stock garlic, chilli
- Ramen noodles
Method
- Saute bok choy,garlic ginger and chilli,add prawns and Asian greens sliced Whitaker mushrooms and then add chicken stock,simmer, till cooked,add in yaki nori, break it up into pieces,add ramen noodles.Seperatly soft boil 4 eggs
- The sauce is garlic,ginger,Chili sauted,then chicken stock, prawns and pork and Asian vegies will add the flavour you need for the soup stock,sometimes illadd wasabi paste for a bit more of a kick !!!! Add the soy sauce last,just for the salty hi
- In pot I'll add the oil,then garlic ginger,vegies pork and prawns,Asian spices and stock then noodles,and last yaki noriThe best thing about this amazing soup is,it doesn't take long to make,and it is all the flavour,vegies and seafood,meat that makes his one of m favourite dishes and my family love it !!!!!
