Ingredients
- 1 can of Valcom bamboo shoot slices
- Broccoli 1 head
- Chicken 700g
- Carrot 1
- Chilli 1
- Honey 3 tsp
- Soy 50g
- Cornflour 1.5 tbsp
- Water 250g
- Ginger 2 cm piece
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Cashews 100g
- Sesame seed 3 tbsp
- Capsicum 1/2 red
Method
- Cut broccoli into floretsThinly slice carrotThinly slice capsicumDrain 1 can of Valcom bamboo shoot slicesplace all vegetables into a steamer and team all vegetables until slightly softenedThinly slice chicken, and Fry in a non-stick pan or wok until slightly brownedSet aside chickenSAUCEMix water and cornflour together in a small bowlGrate gingerGrate/crush garlicGently fry garlic and ginger/chilliAdd water/cornflour mixAdd soyAdd honeyStir until slightly thickened Add chicken & vegetables to a bowl and pour over the hot sauceServe with rice such as steamed basmatiSprinkle with cashews and Sesame seeds
