Ingredients
- Chicken breast, chickpeas, onion, mushrooms
- Two spoonfuls of vegetable oil.
Method
- Brown onions and mushrooms, set aside brown chicken
- Mix curry sauce empty into ovenproof dish and chick peas and all cooked ingredients
- Cook in oven on 170 fan forced 160 for 45-50 minutes serve with Indian rice
