- 6 Eggplant3 Green chili15 Red bird eye chili1 - 2 big shallot 4 garlic2 inch of galangal4 kafir lime1 inch of ginger1 of small tomato1 teaspoon of pepper200 ml coconut cream1 teaspoon salt1/2 palm sugar
- 1 tablespoon lee kum kee oyster sauce1 tablespoon ABC sweet sauce1 tablespoon lee kum kee soy sauce1 tablespoon ABC original chili sauce 1 teaspoon cooking wine1/2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 100 g minced beef
Method
- Step 1 stir saute the minced then set asideStep 2 fry the eggplant until cooked,set asideStep 3 shallots,onion,red bird eye chili,chopper together,set asideStep 4 cut green chili 1 inch,crushed galangal,crushed ginger,squeeze kafir limeStep 5 saute all the spices in the chopper add galangal,ginger,kafir lime and green chilli untilStep 6 add eggplant and minced stir
- Step 7 add salt,sugar,soy sauce,oyster sauce,ABC swee Sauce,ABC original chili sauceStep 8 add cooking wine
- Step 9 add sesame oil
