Ingredients
- 1 packet Obap Sweet potato noodles
- 150g cooked chicken
- 2 tbsp Chilli Oil
- 50 g shredded carrot
- 1 small red capcicum
- 50 g white cap sliced mushrooms
- 1 small onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- 20g alfalfa and onion sprouts
- 20g Kang Kung leaves
- 2 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 Egg
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Add noodles to boiling water and cook for 8 mins. Rinse with cold water and drain. Then cut into small sizes. Set aside
- Heat 2 tbsp Chilli Oil in pan and stir fry mushrooms, onion, garlic, capcicum.
- Then add cooked chicken, 1/2tbsp soy sauce and sesame oil. Cook for 2 mins.
- Then add sprouts and Kang Kung leaves and cook for 1-2 mins. Remove from heat, set aside.
- Heat a pan and add 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil, pepper, 1 tsp sugar. Add noodles and stir fry for 2-3 mins.
- Fry the egg and cut into strips
- Add the chicken and vegetable mix, egg into noodles and mix well. Sprinkle sesame seeds and serve hot.
