- Kewpie mayonnaise
- Sriracha

Method
- Marinade sashimi salmon in yuzu dressing
- Mix pineapple with chilli to make salsa
- Mix sriracha and kewpie mayo to make spicy kewpie mayo
- Layer all ingredients nicely on top of rice and drizzle with spicy kewpie mayo on top to your liking. Mix before eating!
