Ingredients
- 1 cup rice
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 20g carrot
- 1 pc egg
- Salt as needed
- White pepper as needed
- 1/2 tsp oil
- 8-10 pc prawn
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1/2 pc egg
- 50ml water
- Salt as needed
- White pepper as needed
- 1/4 tsp minced garlic
- Flour as needed
- Obento Panko Breadcrumbs as needed
- Roasted seasoned seaweed laver as needed
- 2 tbsp Kewpie Mayonnaise
- 1/2-1 tbsp Extra Hot Chilli Sauce ABC
- 1/4 tsp sesame oil
Method
- Boil the water and add the carrot to make it soft. Then cut it into dice.
- Cook the rice. Then mix it with the carrot, sesame oil, and salt.
- Heat the pan on medium heat, add the oil, and make an omelette from the egg, salt and white pepper.
- Cut the fried egg into a long-thin pieces.
- Make cuts on the underside of the prawn (not too deep), to make it straight.
- Make a wet batter from the flour, egg, water, salt, white pepper, and minced garlic.
- Coat the prawn with the flour, then wet batter, finished it with the Obento Panko Breadcrumbs.
- Fried the prawn until golden brown. Move it to a plate.
- Cut the roasted seasoned seaweed into a long-thin pieces.
- Mix the Kewpie Mayonnaise, Extra Hot Chilli Sauce ABC, and sesame oil.
- Add the mixed rice to a bowl and put the chopped omelette, seaweed, and ebi furai on it.
- Finished it with the spicy mayo sauce on top.
- Spicy Mayo Ebi Furai Rice Bowl is ready to serve.
