Ingredients
- 300 gram Pork mince
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 2 tablespoon sambal
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh Coriander
- 100 gram baby spinach leaves
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tsb brown sugar
Method
- Combine the pork mince, sambal, fish sauce and chopped coriander in a bowl. Use clean hands to roll tablespoonfuls of mixture into small balls.
- Heat 1 tap oil in a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Cook the meatballs, turning for 5-6 minutes or until golden and cooked through
- Meanwhile, combine the spinach, corrainder leaves in a large bowl. Place the lime juice, sugar and olive oil in a small bowl. Stirl until sugar dissolves
