- Fresh Salmon (Sashimi Grade)
- Sauce IngredientsThai Chilli
- Coconut Sugar
- Garlic
- 50ml Lime Juice
- 3 tbsp Squid Brand Fish Sauce
- Shallot
- Green Lime
- Cilantro
- Cherry tomato
- shredded carrot
- shredded papaya
Method
- Slice salmon into your desired thickness
- Arrange salmon slices on serving platae
- To make sauce, pound together garlic and chilli until paste form then add coconut sugar, lime juice and fish sauce
- Pour sauce over salmon and then garnish with all the herbs and veggies
