Ingredients
- 500 gram packet firm Tofu
- oil for frying
- 1 tbs LKK Soy Sauce
- 1tbs ABC Chilli sauce
- 1 clove garlic diced
- 1tbs brown sugar
- 1 sliced eschallots and toasted seame seeds for garnish
- 1 pkt LKK Coconut Curry Sauce
- 2 cups sliced mixed Vegetables. EG. Carrot ,Cauliflower, capsicum ,bean shoots.
Method
- Cut Tofu into equal 3cm squares 3mm thick .
- Cook tofu in a shallow pan with a little oil until golden, arrange in serving dish.
- Using same frying pan add chilli sauce ,soy sauce ,garlic and sugar heat until sugar dissolves .
- Drizzle sauce over Tofu, garnish with eschallots and sesame seeds.
- Add a splash of oil to pan and stir fry the vegetables for a few minutes until taste ready. Stir in Pkt LKK Coconut Curry sauce and heat through.
- Serve vegetables in 2 side dishes with Tofu.
