Ingredients
- Sushi rice
- Obento Sushi seasoning
- Canned tuna
- Sriracha
- Kewpi mayonnaise
- Avocado
- Sesame seeds
- Dried shallots
- Seaweed sushi wrapper
Method
- Cook rice in a rice cooker
- Spread cooked rice out on a flat dish and let cool to room temp
- Mix in sushi seasoning into rice.
- Lay a seaweed wrapper on a sushi rolling mat
- Add rice to the sushi wrapper
- Add mix of tuna Mayo and sriracha to the sushi rice
- Add avocado strips
- Roll the sushi the put in fridge for 5 min
- Cut the rolled sushi into 8 pieces with a sharp knife
- Lay sushi onto a plate and drip mix of Kewpie mayo and sriracha onto each slice
- Add dried shallots as a garnish
- Eat and enjoy!
