Ingredients
- 1100g Chili tuna
- 200g Mayo
- 3 scallions
- 100g of ajvar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Package of obento yaki nori for sushi
- 2.5 cups of uncooked sushi rice
Method
- Drain tuna from oil and put into a bowl
- Chop up scallions and add to tuna
- Add mayo, ajvar and seasoning to the tuna.
- Mix all items well and form a uniform mass. Put aside.
- Cook the sushi rice as per the packaging instructions.
- Once sushi rice is partially cool, put aside and srart making the sushi roll.
- Open the package of obento yaki nori for sushi and take one sheet out and place the rough surface up.
- Spread the rice evenly on the sheet, pressing to stay intact and leave the bottom edge slightly uncovered.
- Place tuna evenly in a straight line across the top side of the sheet.
- Roll the sushi roll tightly and place aside. Repeat the process until you run out of the sheets.
- Cut the rolls as per your preference and serve with soy sauce.
