- Chicken, Coconut Milk, Curry Powder, Turmeric, Chilli Power, Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Curry Leaves, Oil, Rice to serve
- Put a Table spoon full of oil in Pan and then when hot put a handful of Curry leases and 1/2 a Onion. Cut up 2 chicken Breasts into chunks. Put Chicken in with Onion etc to fry up. Put in teaspoon of Garlic and Ginger. Let it fry up. Then put in 2 Tablespoons of Curry Powder, 1 teaspoon turmeric, and two Table Spoons of chilli power. 1/2 teaspoon Salt. Let it fry then put in can of Coconut Milk. Let it cook for 30 min.
