Ingredients
- Potato
- Onion
- Broccoli
- Ginger
- Carrots
- Tumeric
- Curry powder
- Cummin
- Garlic
- Curry leaves and coriander
- Stock
- Last but not least, the star of the show…(drumroll)…Valvom coconut milk!
Method
- Sautée carrots, onions, garlic and ginger with spices in a little bit of olive oil.
- Add stock, vegetables and lentils. Summer for 10-15. Add Valvom coconut milk.
- Serve with basmati rice and garnish with chopped coriander and fresh curry leaves. Enjoy!
