Steamed Dim Sims with Sweet Soy Sauce

Ingredients

• 3 Dim Sims
• 3 tsp water
• Salt (to taste)
• Sweet Soy Sauce (to taste)

Method

1. Place Dim Sims in a microwave-safe bowl, pour 3 teaspoons of water over the Dim Sims and cover with a microwave-safe saucer.
2. Heat in the microwave for three minutes (two if the Dim Sims aren’t frozen).
3. Once complete, carefully drain the bowl of excess water, add salt and ABC Sweet Soy Sauce to taste, and enjoy!
