Method
- Put everything expect fish in the rebel wiz Cut it up
- Snapper placed in alfoil wrapped in baking paper
- Pour in mirim mixture, enclose the snapper with baking paper and aluminium to steam in the oven for 20 mins. Serve with coconut rice and fresh coriander leaves
