Steamed ginger snapper

Ingredients

Ginger
Chilli
Mirin
Soy sauce
Sugar
Lemongrass
Lime leaf
Fish
Coriander
Lime juice

Method

Put everything expect fish in the rebel wiz Cut it up
Snapper placed in alfoil wrapped in baking paper
Pour in mirim mixture, enclose the snapper with baking paper and aluminium to steam in the oven for 20 mins. Serve with coconut rice and fresh coriander leaves
