- Dough - 3/4 cup almond meal1/4 teaspoon Cumin1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala1/2 t salt8oz part skimmed Mozarella cheese grated
- 1 T Grass Fed Butter6 oz Cauliflower Finely Chopped1 medium onion3/4 teaspoon salt1 T fresh ginger root minced1/2 teaspoon Coriander groun1 T Garam Masala ground1 T Cumin ground1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds whole2 fresh chillis chopped green or red1 teaspoon chopped coriander
- 1. Butter into pan. Sweat off onions. Add grated Cauliflower and salt. Then add all spices together. Sautee for minutes. Allow to cool.2. Pour Almond Meal into bowl, add salt and spices. Mix thoroughly together, add cheese and mix throughly.3. Place bowl over a steamer, and continuely turn mixture until it forms a dough bowl. Turn out onto grease proof paper. Knead mixture till all ingredients are mixed. Form into a rectangle. Place another baking paper sheet over the top. Roll dough out until the dough forms 12 inches by 8 inches. 4. Cut the dough down the centre, then cut in half so it forms 4 squares. Then cut these squares into a further 4 squares. Place a small teaspoon of mixture into each square and pull one end of square to ajacent other end and form a triangle. 5. Place all triangular samosas onto a baking tray that has baking paper lining.6. Place a fork into each samosa to allow steam to release7. Set oven on at 180 C8. Bake for 14 to 17 minutes or until golden brown.9. Serve with a side salad and Kewpie Mayonaise.
