Ingredients
- 6 T char siu bbq sauce
- 4T honey,4 T brown vinegar , 2t sesame oil, 2T soy sauce , 1/3 cup Chinese cooking wine, 2 T garlic, 1 T ginger
- 1kg pork belly
Method
- Make marinate mix all sauces together
- Slice pork into. Its size peices nd boil for 15 minutes. Drain
- Mix pork to marinate and marinate for 2 hrs or longer
- Pre heat oven to 180degrees Celsius cook pork for about 1.5 hrs or until sauce become thick and sticky
- Serve with white rice
