Ingredients
- 200g Beef Fillet
- 1 Bunch Celery
- 200g Beancurd
- 2 Cloves Minced Garlic
- 1 Green Chilli
- Pinch of Sugar
- Pinch of White Pepper
- 1 1/2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp Dark Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Oyster Sauce
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
Method
- Sliced the beef fillet, beancurd, green chilli, and celery into small strips.
- On small bowl combine the sugar, white pepper, soy sauce, oyster sauce and dark soy sauce together, set aside.
- On a separate bowl mixed the cornstarch and water together, set aside.
- In a pan or wok, heat oil over high heat, add in garlic stir fry until fragrant, then add in the beef strips until medium cooked.
- Add in celery and beancurd, stir for few minutes or until beancurd is softened, then add in the green chillies.
- Add in the combined sauces, and salt stir well, then add in the cornstarch mixture mixed well. Ready to serve.
