Ingredients
- Beef Mince or mince of choice
- Sesame oil and Rice Bran Oil
- 2 beaten eggs
- Cooked Rice
- Shredded Lettuce
- 3 sprigs spring onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- Obento Rice Wine Vinegar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, white pepper, fish sauce
Method
- Chop spring onion finely. Separate white part from green stems. Green stems will be added at the end for colour. Stir fry for one minute. Add in mince meat. Be patient here and fry until liquid has fully evaporated and the minced is somewhat brown in colour. Season the mince well stirring in Obento Rice Wine Vinegar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, white pepper and a little sugar. Remove mince from pan. Add your cooked rice from night before or new batch to the pan and saute until separated, make a well in the middle and add in your beaten eggs. Combine the eggs and rice until the eggs are fully cooked. Add your mince back into the pan, combining all ingredients together. Add in more seasoning of Obento Rice Wine Vinegar, soy sauce and fish sauce. Toss through the green spring onions and shredded lettuce. Stir fry everything until lettuce has softened and combined well into the dish. Serve immediately.
