Ingredients
- 1 tb spoon light soy sauce
- 200 g pork mince
- 1 eggplant
- 1 tb oyster sauce
- Chilli
- Thai Basil
- Onion
- 1 tb cooking oil
Method
- 1. Slice onion, eggplant, chilli 2. Heat cooking oil, add chilli and onion, then, cook until onion is soft 3. Add pork mince, then, stir pork mince until it cooked4. Add 1/3 cup of chicken/ vegetable stock5. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, white pepper, garlic crush, and sugar (optional)6. Top with basil leaves
