Ingredients
- Lee Kum Kee Soy Sauce
- Lee Kum Kee Dark Soy Sauce
- Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Chilli Oil
- Fresh Noodles 1 kg
- 5 Green Onions
- 5 Cloves of Garlic
- 1/4 White Cabbage
- Brown Sugar
- Vegtable Oil
- Cashew Nuts
- Toasted Sesame Seeds
Method
- Thinly slice green onions, cabbage and garlic
- To make the sauce, add all the following ingredients to a small bowl and mix: 4 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp dark soy sauce, 2 tbs of brown sugar, 3 tbsp of Chiu Chow chilli oil and 1/2 cup of water.
- Heat oil in a large wok or pan, add green onions and garlic, and stir fry for 2 minutes.
- Add the cabbage and stir fry for 3 minutes, or until lightly browned.
- Add the fresh noodles and the sauce. Mix until the noodles are coated with the sauce. Cook for 2 minutes, or until noodles soften.
- Remove from the stove, divide between 5 bowls, garnish with chopped green onions, cashew nuts and toasted sesame seeds.
