Ingredients
- 200g of mince beef
- Valcom bamboo shoots
- 1.5 tbsp of oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp of fishsauce
- 1 teaspoon of dark soysauce
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tbsp of canola oil
- Chilies and pepper (variable)
- 2 Lime leaves
- Basil
Method
- Step 1 heat pan and put oil in then garlic, stir fry a bit until smell the garlic fragrance then add mince beef
- Step 2 when beef half cooked, add Valcom bamboo shoots, quick and easy just open a can and rinse water out
- Step 3 stir fry until fully cooked, season with fishsauce, oyster sauce, and dark soysauce, then add basil and 2 lime leaves, chili and pepper is optional for more hot and spicy flavors
- Step 4 ready to serve with steamed rice
