Ingredients
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 garlic cloves/ finely chopped
- 1/2 red onion /slice
- 1 large carrots slice in a circle
- 1 Brocolli
- 1 Cauliflower
- 3tbps LKK stir fry teriyaki
- 1tsp pepper
Method
- Blanch the vegetable in 2mins( carrot, brocolli and cauliflower and drainafter 2mins
- In a cooking pan heat the oil and saute the garlic and onion after aroma comes, put the vegetable
- Then add the LKk stir fry teriyaki and the pepper to taste
