Ingredients
- 250 gr thinly sliced beef( marinated with bi carb soda and soy sauce)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 mins quick noodles
- Carrot , bok Choy, onion, red chillies
- Water chestnuts
- Soy sauce, fish sauce
- Ginger, garlic
- Sesame seed and green onions to garnish
Method
- Marinate the beef for about 3-4 hours with baking soda and soy sauce. Chop all the veggies.
- In a big wok, heat the sesame oil, add the beef. Cook the beef until nice and tender . Add all the vegetables and sauces.
- Finish with adding sesame seeds and green onions
