Ingredients
- Upon noodled
- 1tblspn sesame oil
- Mixed diced vegetable with onion and garlic
Method
- Saute onion garlic and carrots in sesame oil for 2 mins
- Combine soy, fish sauce and any other sauce to taste with teaspoon honey and 1/2 cup water
- Combine remaining veg and udon in pan and stir fry for 3 to 4 mins...pour in sauce liquid and combine for another minute.
