
Ingredients
- 250g strawberries
- 1/4 cup sago (tapioca pearls)
- 1 jar of Nata de Coco (coconut jellies)
- 165ml of coconut milk
- 1/4 cup condensed milk
- 1 cup of milk
Method
- Cut the strawberries into cubes. In a bowl, add strawberries and the syrup from the Nata de Coco jellies. This will help to sweeten the strawberries. Set it aside
- Boil the sago/tapioca pearls on medium low heat for about 10 minutes then remove from heat and cover with lid for 5-10 minutes until it is translucent in color. Don’t worry if there if there are tiny specks of white, it’s fine. Drain and rinse in the cold water.
- To your bowl of strawberries, add sago, coconut milk, condensed milk, Nata de Coco jellies, and rest of the milk. Taste and adjust for your sweetness level. Refrigerate for at least hours before serving. Serve chilled or with crushed ice.
