Ingredients
- 1/2 cup ABC sweet soy sauce (Kecap Manis)
- 250g bag frozen carrot peas corn
- 1/2 a roast chicken diced up
- 2 packets of Singapore Noodles
- 1TBs Olive oil
Method
- Soak the Singapore noodles for 3 minutes in boiling water then strain and rinse.
- Cut up the roast chicken into bite size pieces.
- Heat oil in a large pan and toss in the frozen vegetables and chicken pieces. Stir for 2 minutes.
- Add the noodles and 1/2 cup of the ABC Kecap manis. Toss everything gently together and serve into 4 bowls.
