Ingredients
- 3 cups Obento sushi rice
- 120 ml rice wine vinegar
- 3 tlbs sugar
- 1tbsp salt
- 500 ml water
- Cup teriyaki chicken
- Carrot grated
- Cucumber cut into match stick's
Method
- Wash rice gently
- Cook rice as packet
- Place on Nori sheet ruff side up add filling more rice roll
