Ingredients
- Nori sheets
- Sushi rice
- Obento sushi seasoning
- Cucumber
- Avocado
- Teriyaki chicken
- Kewpie
Method
- Cook sushi rice as per instructions, once cooked add 3 tablespoons of sushi seasoning, pinch of salt and allow to cool.
- Using a sushi mat lay Nori sheets shiny side down. Add your favourite ingredients and roll.
- Allow to rest in the fridge to soften Nori for about 10 minutes.
- Using a sharp knife, run blade under water and cut sushi into desired size.
