Ingredients
- 2 cups Sushi rice
- 8 sushi sheets
- 1/2 cup kewpie
- 1 avocado
- 1 cucumber
- 3 chicken tenders
- 1 small tin tuna in spring water
- 4 panko prawns
- 1/4 cup sushi vinegar
Method
- Cook sushi rice, add sushi vinegar & cool.
- Prep all ingredients by cutting into julienne style.
- Press rice flat over half a sushi sheet.
- Add kewpie, avocado, cucumber & topping (alternate between chicken, tuna & prawn)
- Wrap & seal with water on the seam
- Cut into as many pieces as desired
