- Rice
- Sushi rice vinegar
- Prawns
- Avocado
- Nori sheets
- Chilli flakes
- Kewpie mayo

- S&B - PREMIUM WASABI IN TUBE
Method
- Cook rice as per instructions 1 C. Mix sushi vinegar quarter C and 1 tablespoon of sugar over stove till dissolved.
- Add to rice when rice is cooked, spread on a tray leave to cool.
- Spread 1 nori sheet with rice. Spread mayo on rice thin and evenly, add prawns, avocado, chilli. Roll, cut into 8 pieces.
