Ingredients
- 4 sheets nori
- 1 cup sushi rice
- 4 tsp Heinz salad cream
- 100 grams smoked salmon
- 2 tablespoons Cream cheese
- 3 tablespoons sushi seasoning
- 1 1/2 cups water
Method
- Add water and sushi rice to saucepan. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer with lid on for ten minutes. Fluff with fork and stand for five minutes. Add sushi seasoning and mix well.
- Place nori sheet shiny side down. Spread rice fully covering nori from side to side, leaving a 3cm gap at each end.
- Spread 1 teaspoon Heinz salad cream in a thin strip on the sushi rice across the nori sheet.
- Spread half a tablespoon of cream cheese in a thin strip next to the salad cream.
- Spread 25g smoked salmon along cream cheese.
- Roll from uncovered nori edge until fully rolled.
- Cut in half and refrigerate until serving.
