Ingredients
- Obento Teriyaki marinade
- 2 x packets (20 sheets) Obento Yaki Nori
- 2 x chicken breast fillets
- 3 x cups sushi rice
- 2 x Lebanese cucumber
- 2 x avocado sliced
- Obento mirin seasoning
- 1 x pickled ginger
- 1 x bottle Kewpie mayonnaise
- 1 x packet smoked salmon
Method
- Cool sushi rice in rice cooker
- Marinate chicken in teriyaki marinade
- Cook chicken in small batches on high heat until golden brown
- Let cooked ingredients (chicken) cool to room temperature. Stir through Mirin seasoning with cooked rice and allow to cook
- Cut avocado and cucumber into bite size pieces
- Layout Taki nori on sushi Matt (Tattami)
- Layout ingredients onto Yaki Nori in prefers portions
- Roll sushi and wet (with water) last edge before closing
