Ingredients
- 2table spoons Obento rice wine vinegar
- 2 cups Obento sushi rice
- Nori sheets
Method
- Cook the sushi rice as per directions.
- Place cooked in a glass bowl and allow to cool slightly.
- Stir in w tablespoons of Obento Rice Wine Vinegar and 1 tablespoons of caster sugar into rice mix and set aside until ready to spread onto sushi seafood sheets
