Ingredients
- 1 cup rice
- 4 Seaweed
- 200 g chicken
- 1 cucumber
- Rice seasoning
Method
- Cook 1 cup rice with 2 cup water
- Fry chicken with with garlic in 1 tblsp oil
- Chop cucumber in small cubes
- Spread your bamboo sushi roller out on the flat surface. Place seaweed on top of the sushi roller.
- Spread out cooked rice on the seaweed, line up cooked chicken and cucumber in the middle of the rice.
- Roll up and serve with soya sauce.
