Ingredients
- Tuna
 - Obento Yaki Nori for Sushi
 - 2 cans of tuna
 - 1/2 cup Rice wine vinegar
 - 2 carrots
 - 2 cucumbers
 - 2 tbs mayo
 - 1 cup sushi rice
 
Method
- Chop cucumber and carrot into soldiers. Meanwhile cook the sushi rice.
 - Drain tuna and mix with mayo
 - Using a sushi making kit, wrap the rice into a cylinder and pop in the fillings in the middle.
 - Use the yaki nori to wrap around the rice cylinders.
 - Cut into bit size pieces.
