Ingredients
- Fillet of salmon
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Rice
- Kewpie mayonnaise
- Cucumber
- Avocado
- Spanish onion
- Sesame seeds
- Roasted Seaweed
- Water
- Tamari sauce
Method
- Drizzle 1 tsp sesame oil onto salmon fillet in 180°c oven for 13 minutes.
- Cook 1 cup of rice in rice cooker with 1.5 cups of water. Once cooked, allow to cool in the fridge while preparing other ingredients.
- Chop cucumber and red onion into small pieces.
- Slice avocado into thin strip's.
- Stir a drizzle of tamari sauce through the rice. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, & put a generous drizzle of Kewpie Mayonnaise on top.
- Fill the roasted seaweed with your rice, salmon & salad ingredients. Hold them like a taco to eat.
