Method
- Crumb chicken and cook in oven until brown.
- Cook sushi rice as per instructions
- Slice avocado, prepare salmon.
- Put sushi sheet onto chopping board. Spread out sushi. Add avo and selected ingredients
- Roll and slice into small pieces. Serve on platter tray
