Ingredients
- Sushi rice
- Ones to rice wine vinegar
- Smoked salmon
- Vegetable oil
- Salt and sugar
- Water
Method
- Thoroughly wash sushi rice until water is almost clearAdd water and cook on stove for my temperature and time in 2 sections
- Cool rice
- Add the rice wine vinegar, vegetable oil, sugar and salt and mix thoroughly
- Pour and fold in the rice wine vinegar solution into the rice then cool under the ceiling fan
- Add avacado carrot, red capsicum, schallots, cucumber and smoked salmon ingredients and prepare the sushi roll with the Obento tiki nori sheet
- Cut into bit size pieces
- Prepare sauce for sushi. Mix wasabi into Obento Sushi soy
- Serve with pickled ginger
