Ingredients
- 1.5 cups of Sushi rice
- 2 tbs caster sugar
- 200 tbs rice wine vinegar
- Fried chicken snitzel
- Cucumbet
- Avocado
- Nori sheets
- Soy sauce
Method
- Cook sushi rice according to packet instructions.Add caster sugar and rice wine vinegar and mix with wooden spoon.Allow to cool to room temperature. Whilst the rice cools, prepare your cucumber and avocado along with your chicken. I had some fried snitzels left over from lunch that I cut in strips.
- Lay the nori sheet shiny side down on-top of bamboo sushi mat. Add a thin layer of rice. Then add your veggies and chicken.Start rolling the nori sheet using the bamboo to hold it in place and roll tightly. It will seal by itself.
- Then cut in size as desired with a created knife.
