Ingredients
- Obento Yaki Nori for Sushi
- Salmon 100g
- Obento sushi seasoning
- 2 cups of rice
- 1 avocado
Method
- Cook rice and add sushi seasoning while warm. Allow to cool. Lay nori sheets on mat and lay rice out flat. Lay avocado and salmon down the centre and roll up. Seal with water
