Ingredients
- 1 sheet nori
- 1 tpsn pickled ginger
- 20gm smoked salmon
- 1/4 carrot grated
- 4 cucumber slices
- Kewpie to taste
- 1/8 cup sushi rice
- 1/4 avocado
- BBQ sauce to taste
Method
- Put nori on chopping board shiny side down
- With scissors, cut in the botton middle to halfway.
- Add ingredients in each quarter as you please
- Fold quarters over each other to create sandwich.
