Ingredients
- Nori sheets
- Sushi rice
- Smoked salmon sliced
- Sliced avocado
- Kewpie mayonnaise
- Pickled ginger
- Tamari (optional)
Method
- Cook sushi rice as per directions. Cool and then add vinegar, sugar and salt to taste.
- Cut each nori sheet into 4 squares.
- On each square of nori place 1 tablespoon of rice, small piece of sliced smoked salmon, sliced avocado, kewpie mayonnaise and a piece of pickled ginger.
- Serve sushi snacks (held in hand like a taco) with tamari sauce.
