Ingredients
- 1 Nori sheet
- 1 cup sushi rice
- 1 tablespoon sushi seasoning
- Carrot and cucumber
- 2x Crispy chicken tenders
Method
- Cook sushi rice according to packet. Mix in sushi seasoning once cooled.
- Place rice on nori sheet which has been cut in half. Place in air fryer on 200 for 15 minutes. Let cool in a taco shape.
- Fill with sliced carrot, cucumber, crispy chicken and top with kewpie mayo.
