Ingredients
- 2 cups Sushi rice
- 8 Nori sheets
- 500g chicken tenders
- 2 table spoons rice wine vinegar
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 Avocado
- Kewpie mayonnaise to serve
- Pinch Sesame seeds
Method
- Wash and cook the sushi rice according to packet directions.
- Mix rice wine vinegar through rice and set aside to cool.
- Cook chicken tenders in airfryer according to packet directions.
- Cut cucumber and Avocado into thin slices.
- Cut nori sheets into large circles and press a thin layer of rice onto the nori pieces with wet hands.
- Place the nori rice tacos into the airfryer for 10 minutes or until crispy.
- Assemble the tacos with chicken and salad and serve with Kewpie mayo and sesame seeds.
