Ingredients
- One to Yaki nori
- 1cup sushi rice and 3 tv spoons of sushi vinegar
- Tin of tuna, sliced carrot and cucumber and avacado
Method
- Cook rice to boil for 3 minutes then simmer for 5 minutes then take off stove to cook for 15 minutes
- Add 3tbs if sushi vinegar why rice still warm
- Then spread rice out in yaki nori, with tuna, carrot, cucumber and avacado add kewpi mayo and roll up using bamboo sheet
