
Ingredients
- 300gm lean pork, sliced
- Sliced - Cucumber, pineapple, tomato, capsicum, chilli's and spring onions.
- 2 tbp each of sugar, fish sauce, lime juice, tomato sauce and 1 tsp mixing and corn flour.
- Cracked pepper and coriander for garnish
- 1 clove garlic chopped
Method
- Heat oil to medium-hight, add garlic and Flash fry pork for 1-2 minutes, turning constantly.
- Add all sliced ingredients - onions, capsicum, pineapple, tomato, cucumber and chilli stirring constantly for around 1-2 minutes
- Mix all other ingredients - sugar, fish sauce, lime juice, tomato sauce, mirin, corn flour and stir into pan, mix well and plate up. Top with cracked pepper and coriander to serve.
