- 400g Pork fillet (cubed)
- 4 slices of Pinapple
- 1/2 cup cornflour
- 1 egg beaten
- 150g capsicum cubed
- Coat pork with egg and dust with cornflour.
- Remove excess flour, heat 1/2 cup oil in pan and cook pork in batches for 4 minutes until golden brown and cooked. Drain well.
- Leave 1 tbsp oil in pan and heat. Add capsicum and sauté for 1 minutes. Add pineapple, pork and 1 packet of lee Kum kee ready sauce, stir well until heated through. Serve with noodles or rice
