Ingredients
- 150gr Diced Tofu ( deep fry until golden brown)
- 1/2tsp chopped garlic
- 1 red chili (deseed,slice) optional
- 1 pc green shallot/spring onion cut into stick
- 1/4 Diced Brown onion
- Sauce ( mix together in bowl) :
- 100ml water
- 3tbspn ABC sweet soy sauce
- 1tsp ABC chilli sauce
- 1tsp sugar
- Salt to taste
Method
- Heat 2 tbspn oil in a pan, in medium hot add chopped.garlic followed by dice onion and stir a bit, add.slice chilli and spring onion and then tofu stir just until combine.
- Pour the sauce mixture into the pan, stir fry a few minute until the sauce reduce, the suace should not too thick nor runny, keep stirring until reach good consistency
- Take out from the heat, pour Tofu over white steam rice springkle with crispy shallot and you can also add sunny side up egg with the dish
